Although there are critics of the use of Acupuncture who state that this science is nothing more than mind over matter or hypnosis, the success of the practice of Acupuncture is proof itself. The successful results produced by Acupuncture on infants and small children negate these allegations as does its use as an anesthetic in surgery. Of course, having a positive outlook is most beneficial in all phases of life including healing.
